Pac-Man meets Qix strategy.
Capture areas of the maze instead of eating dots. A clever hybrid of Pac-Man's chase mechanic with the area-capture gameplay of the classic Qix.
About this version
Pacxon is a Qix-style hybrid: you claim the empty board by drawing lines while ghosts bounce around the open area. Fill enough of it and the level clears. It's the most-searched non-maze game on this site and has little in common with chasing dots.
How to play
- Arrow keys (or swipe) move Pac-Man along the edge of the open area
- Move into the open area to draw a line; reach another edge to claim the enclosed space
- Ghosts bouncing in the open area will break an unfinished line — time your runs
- Claim about 80% of the board to clear the level
