2020 — Pac-Man Live Studio

2025 — Shadow Labyrinth

The most recent official release. A darker reimagining of the franchise with horror aesthetics and metroidvania-style exploration. A significant tonal departure from the family-friendly Pac-Man tradition.

What's coming next (rumored and announced)

Live-action Pac-Man film

A live-action Pac-Man movie has been in development at Bandai Namco Pictures since 2022. No release date confirmed, but a director and treatment have reportedly been attached. Following the success of the Super Mario Bros. Movie (2023), a Pac-Man adaptation has commercial precedent.

New animated series
